Find yourself in a welcoming, cozy environment to initiate or continue to cultivate your yogic discipline. Mysore style practices offered with rolling start times Tuesday through Friday, AM & PM. This is an excellent way to learn the system if you are new, and loved by experienced practitioners to explore and progress at their pace. It’s like having a privately guided yoga session in a group setting! Check out weekly intermediate Vinyasa offerings as well.

Ashtanga Yoga may have a reputation for being fierce and severe. This can be the case if it supports your needs as a practitioner. Ashtanga can also be soft. It’s a malleable practice for every body.
